Many times in the summer she drives around with only a jogging bra for a top with her doors open, when did that become the postal uniform?
Mail Carrier regularly finds reasons not to deliver mail such as snow and one time she "saw a bee" and didn't deliver for days until we called in and asked why we weren't getting mail.
I've had such bad experiences with this post office! Employee was no help and completely rude. I'm embarrassed my town is associated with this post office. I'd give zero stars if I could!
I Came in to renew my passport before work. The website said that they were open to process passports at 8:30. But the postmaster wasn't in (the only person allowed to process passports). I had to wait a half hour for her to show up!!!
The place is a joke. They Open later than advertised take longer lunches than posted and close early. Had a PO box and they constantly gave other people my mail. gave me other people's mail. I'd order things online that would use USPS, FedEx, UPS and they would deliver the packages to the post office instead of my house and they would have it sent back to sender because they knew i had a PO box and if i included my address and PO box. they didn't want to deliver it. and wouldn't hold onto it. The place needs to be cleaned out and have a new staff.
She drives through as quick as she can as if her job is a nuisance that she can't wait to end.
If I could give anything less than 1 star I would. Absolutely the worse post office I've ever dealt with! Zero customer service skills! If it's raining, snowing or icy good luck getting your mail or any packages that were to be delivered. If I did my job the way this post office does, I wouldn't have one.
We routinely get mail meant for other houses.
